The 3bedroom/3bath was a perfect setup for kids, parents, and grandparents. Room was clean and updated. Beds were comfy. Checkin was easy and pretty low sales pressure (which we appreciated). One thing to note is the Master suite gets substantially colder than the rest of the bedrooms. So put someone in there that likes to be cooler at night. Which is most likely not Grandma and Grandpa. Our only complaint is there's not enough hot tubs on the resort. None behind the North village where we are staying.

Wow, this place is amazing and perfect for families. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths! Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Tons of parking. So much to do and in the mix of everything!! Plus it’s super close to the parks. On-site water park , lazy river and tons of food options.

Very nice place but Bridgett one of the check in people was very rude. They are very pushy trying to get you to sign up for an “Update” when you tell them no they keep going. When you finally tell them it won’t happen they tell you to stop talking that you are being rude because you won’t let them try and bully you into their update. Teach your staff to listen and be respectful to the paying guest. I came for vacation not to listen to a rude lady that can’t listen.

This is a nice family friendly resort With a few very nice pools and water park Check in went smooth But always trying to getyou to go on Sales presentation with gift offers. But at least here they are not as pushy as some other resorts. And service person was very promp in bringing us more toiletries and fixing whatever was not properly working. However the outside of apartments need work and repair on walls. Also our apt was not properly cleaned . Floor was dirty and stains on carpet pretty bad . I complained to front desk Never heard from anyone I cleaned floor myself with paper Towels wrapped around broom and used the kitchen Scrub sponge to clean the discusting brown stains from the carpet near the kitchen floor, because I was having my toddler Grand child and other kids coming To visit. Other than that all else went Ok.

My two adult children and I stayed here July 13-July 17 and I am so glad that we did! We wanted to stay somewhere close the Epcot as we had tickets to attend July 15th. This place is beautiful and the our three bedroom, three bathroom condo was perfect for us. It was very clean and spacious! We also enjoyed the on-site water park and pools. The location is centrally located around other restaurants and shopping, since we didn’t drive, this made it easy to get a Lyft to wherever we wanted to go. This will be a vacation that we will never forget and part of this is due to our comfortable stay at this resort! I would definitely recommend and definitely consider staying here again.

This was a beautiful place to stay! The water park was amazing. We really enjoyed the shuttle around the property. Eleven was a nice place to eat but the food was underwhelming.
